Gateway to the Night Skies

The universe is a mysterious and overwhelmingly large place, but the SkyWatcher Collapsible Dobsonian Telescope is here to take you to the corners of our galaxy and beyond. The Dobsonian design offers the pinnacle of large aperture, portability and ease of use. A large aperture telescope collects lots of light, and the more light, the better the view.  The 254mm aperture will provide you fantastic views of the moon and will easily make out details on the planets, like Saturn’s Rings, and Jupiter’s Cloud bands.  SkyWatcher has made numerous upgrades to its newest telescope, making their Dobsonian a state of the art piece of equipment. One of the most exciting features is the new collapsible truss tube.  The new collapsible design allows the Dobsonian to be transported in vehicles much smaller than previously possible. The tube is tough as nails, and the telescope is easily disassembled. If nothing else, it makes for a sweet object to talk around in the cave.
