Synergy Audio Visual today announced the Australian release of the limited edition ‘Queen by Rega’ turntable. Working in conjunction with the legendary rock band ‘Queen’, the fully licensed turntable features reproductions of classic Queen logos, including the Queen crest designed by Freddie Mercury and printed across the platter. Only 100 of these limited edition turntables have been brought into Australia, and are available now via Synergy’s local specialist audio retailer partners.
Perfect for any lovers of vinyl, audiophiles and of course Queen fans looking to make the rocking world go round, its release coincides with the recent launch of the band’s re-mastered, coloured vinyl multi disc box set. The set contains all 15 hit studio albums sourced from the original tapes mastered by Bob Ludwig and cut at Abbey Road studios.
Queen by Rega is an entirely new turntable designed specifically for Queen and incorporating the hand-built RB101 tone arm technology of the multi-award-winning ‘plug and play’ Rega turntables. A new high performance motor minimises noise and vibration, and comes with a Rega Carbon MM cartridge with an optional upgrade to the Rega Bias 2 cartridge also available.
